Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 101, Building 16, Phase XVI of CHERRY OAKS AT FIDDLER'S CREEK, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3695, Page 1863, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Parcel # 26055011222
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on September 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus PROCEEDS from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
