To: Defendants UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND/OR AGAISNT MARJORIE LANE having the last known addresses: 5283 Hawkesbury Way, Naples, FL 34119 and c/o William M. Pearson, as Personal Representative, 5551 Ridgewood Drive, Ste 50, Naples, FL 34108 and all parties having or claiming any right, title, or interest in the property herein described:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 362, Island Walk Phase Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32 at Page(s) 14 through 17 inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
An action to foreclose a lien has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Joseph Arena, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 5301 North Federal Highway, Ste 250, Boca Raton, FL 33487, on or before 30 days after first publication, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
