NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005297 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and John T. Cacis a/k/a John Cacis, Tony Skordas, Golf Enterprises, Inc., Greenlinks IV Condominium Association, Inc., Greenlinks Master Association, Inc., Lely Resort Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, as Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Unknown Tenant(s), are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 625, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF GREENLINKS IV, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3985, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
