NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 29, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CC-1945, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, PARADISE POINTE RV RESORT, INC., is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH SEDTAL, as Personal Representative of the Estate of JANE MORTON; JAN POPOLI; and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are Defendants.
The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described personal property as set forth in Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
