NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-000807 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and BRIAN O`C. GIBBONS, DORIS M. GIBBONS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block A, VILLAS OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 96, 97 and 98 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
