NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003372 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and MILLIE P. KEMPE, RONALD E. KEMPE, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FFC, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A MARK OLANDER, UNKNOWN TENANT # 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILLIE P. KEMPE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
