NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012CA007866 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on SEPTEMBER 12, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK H, HEATHER GLEN PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 67 THROUGH 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
