NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2014 and entered in CASE NO. 2012CA008290 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Judson Scott and Lisa Scott, are the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 28 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 190, STONEYBROOK AT THE HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7906 Haven Harbour Way, Bradenton, FL 34212.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
