NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 006393, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. MOREQUITY, INC, is Plaintiff and NANCY J. BAUMGARDNER; FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE 1A-1 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, FAIRWAYS AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS PHASE III-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
