NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-000049 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and AGNIESZKA ARLUKIEWICZ, RAFAL LESKIEWICZ, SARAPALMS HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AGNIESZKA ARLUKIEWICZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of September, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 63 Sarapalms, a subdivision, according to Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 121 through 125, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
