Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 18, 2014 , in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT A, ISLAND ESCAPE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2157, COMMENCING AT PAGE 6239, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 187 THROUGH 190, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
a/k/a 4808 GULF DR. , UNIT A, HOLMES BEACH, FL 34217
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on September 18, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
