NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 21, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-001127 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Earl L. Snyder, Michelle Snyder, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 25th day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Hawk's Harbor, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 70 through 78, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
