NOTICE
The Legends Bay Community Development District will accept proposals (including a statement of qualifications and experience) from attorneys desiring to provide representation of the District. The attorney must have the following minimum qualifications:
1. Five years experience representing CDDs.
2. Municipal financing experience.
3. Experience in foreclosure matters.
4. Other significant legal experience, such as real estate and government representation.
Each proposal should contain an alternative list of fees to be charged for work on a retainer basis and on an hourly basis. Under the retainer work, the attorney should provide a detailed description of the minimum services to be provided within the retainer base fee.
All applicants interested must submit one (1) original and one (1) electronic copy of their proposals on or before 4:00 p.m., on September 30, 2014 at the offices of District Management, Development Planning & Financing Group, Attn: Bruce St. Denis/Carolyn Stewart, 15310 Amberly Drive, Suite 175, Tampa, Florida 33647, electronic copy to [email protected] For questions, contact the office at 813-374-9105.
