NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 26, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-002014 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 26th day of September, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 113, SHADOW BROOK MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 808, PAGES 546 THRU 646, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 1, 2, 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 1977 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN#`S K7731FA AND K7731FB
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
