Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 41 2012CA002144AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, FELICIA JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELICIA JOHNSON; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF SHARON D. COLEMAN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON D. COLEMAN; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT FOR MANATEE COUNTY; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on September 19, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 71 AND 72, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET THEREOF, SUNSHINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
