You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 9, BLOCK 36, PLAT OF MANASOTA LAND AND TIMBER COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO FOLLOWING PORTION OF LOT 8, BLOCK 36, OF SAID PLAT.
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8,
THENCE NORTH ALONG THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9, A DISTANCE OF 46 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING,
THENCE WEST AT A RIGHT ANGLE A DISTANCE OF 4 FEET,
THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 8 AND 9 A DISTANCE OF 3 FEET;
THENCE EAST AT A RIGHT ANGLE A DISTANCE OF 4 FEET TO THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 8 AND 9,
THENCE SOUTH 3 FEET ALONG THE SAID BOUNDARY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before 9-29-2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
