NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004946 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DENNIS P. ONODY; CATHERINE L. PRONESTI A/K/A CATHERINE PRONESTI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, LESS THE SOUTHERLY 12 FEET FOR ROAD R/W AS SHOWN IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 810, PAGE 461, BLOCK “C”, SUNSET SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 163, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
