NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017796-SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein OWB REO, LLC is Plaintiff and PAVEL VOROBYOV; YULIYA VOROBYOV; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAVEL VOROBYOV; TENANT #1,N/K/A RUBIN VOROBYOV; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 17th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 1727, THIRTY-SIX ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 3, 3A THROUGH 3M, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
