NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 007015 NC of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 15 day of September 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTHERLY 2.50 FEET OF LOT 81 AND THE NORTHERLY 66.25 FEET OF LOT 82, FIRST ADDITION TO OAK SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
