NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 22nd day of July, 2014, in the cause wherein Sea Horse Beach Resort Association,Inc, Plaintiff, and William C. Greene and Eileen Burke, Defendants, being case number 14CA2392NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendant, Eileen Burke, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

Unit 8, West Building, Townhouse Condominium, According the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Official Record Book 968, Page 1363, as Amended and Supplemented, and as Per Plat Thereof Recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 44, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

I shall offer this property for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on September 30, 2014, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant's, Eileen Burke, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND.
