NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2014, and entered in 2009 CA 008593 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and ADELA E YABOR-MARTIN; THEODORE MARTIN; AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8848 AND 8849 OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 31 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, ON PAGE 84 OF HTE PUBLLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
