NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 008362 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and ELVIS PRESLEY GALLE A/K/A ELVIS P. GALLE; SHARON L. GALLE A/K/A SHARON L. SUSKO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELVIS PRESLEY GALLE A/K/A ELVIS P. GALLE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A LORI FIELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON L. GALLE A/K/A SHARON L. SUSKO; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 325.08 FEET (MEASURED ALONG ROAD) OF TRACT NO. 277, NORTH VENICE FARMS, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 39 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 203 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
