Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 09-CA-055116, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-54CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-54CB is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT D. BARNEY, JR. A/K/A ROBERT D. BARNEY, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee Florida, described as:
A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK A, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CYPRESS LAKE TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 54, WHICH LOT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOW: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8, BLOCK A, RUN SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 8 FOR 250 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE RUN EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF BRENTWOOD ROAD NORTH FOR 25 FEET TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE CONTINUE EAST ALONG A PROLONGATION AND ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF A ROADWAY EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 644, PAGE 258, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR 87 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH, PARALLEL TO SAID WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 8 FOR 250 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 8 FOR 112 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH THE BENEFIT OF SAID ROADWAY EASEMENT RECORDED IN OR BOOK 644, PAGE 258, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
