NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in 2010 CA 009183 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and LUIS LUNA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ON BEHALF OF MARGHERITA PALUMBO are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13, 14 & 15, BLOCK H, NEWTOWN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF A VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
