NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2013, and entered in 2011 CA 006736 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 1999-C, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 1999-C is the Plaintiff and CHARLES E. HALL; VENICE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB #1 INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 185, VENICE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB UNIT NO. II-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLATBOOK 34, PAGE 39, 39A THROUGH 39F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
