NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Upon Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011CA052632 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM ROBERT MCGEHEE A/K/A, WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE A/K/A WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE, JR., WILLIAM ROBERT MCGEHEE A/K/A WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE A/K/A WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE, JR.; WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE, JR., as TRUSTEE of the WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE, JR. REVOCABLE TRUST created under Trust Agreement dated July 13, 2007; CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; PALMAS DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; GULF HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM ROBERT MCGEHEE A/K/A WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE A/K/A WILLIAM R. MCGEHEE, JR. N/K/A PAMELA ANNE MCGEHEE; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE; AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, are the Defendants, Linda Doggett, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on the 11th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING 3, PALMAS DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3122, PAGE 3693, O.R. BOOK 3623, PAGE 2720, AND O.R. BOOK 3811, PAGE 1336, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the ·surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
