NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 15 day of August, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 13-CA-053981, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Circuit Court Clerk, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on October 15, 2014, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 32, 33, AND 34, BLOCK 5901, UNIT 92, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 26 THROUGH 34, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
