NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2014, and entered in 36-2013-CA-051135 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE1, is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS FRANCIS; LESLIE FRANCIS; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; AMERICAN BUILDERS & CONTRACTORS SUPPLY CO., INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 22, UNIT 9, LEHIGH ESTATES, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
