Teal are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 4, WATERWAY ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
