NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-053552 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka the Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of Cwabs Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-12, is the Plaintiff and WMM Properties 1 LLC, Silver Lakes-Gateway Homeowners Association, Inc., Gregory C. Waln, Sara A. Waln, Silver Lakes-Gateway Club are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
