Notice is hereby given that on September 26, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 13, Block 1745, Port Charlotte, 34th Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 18, 18H-18M, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 24, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
