NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-052599 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA2, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and DWIGHT E. MCDONALD A/K/A DWIGHT MCDONALD; DONNA M. MCDONALD A/K/A DONNA MCDONALD; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNIFER RIVERA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JONATHAN LLUBERES; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A BONNIE MCDONALD are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 8, UNIT 8, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
