YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to Foreclose a Claim of Lien For Unpaid Homeowners/Condominium Association Assessments on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 83, IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM TO BE KNOWN AS LIMETREE CAMPSITES CONDOMINIUM AS SHOWN BY A DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM WHICH HAS BEEN RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1560, PAGE 2280, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO, AS WELL AS THE RIGHT OF USE OF IT, THE COMMON USE ELEMENTS SAID CONDOMINIUM.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon Katzman Garfinkel, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 5297 West Copans
Road, Margate, Florida 33063, within “30 days after the first date of publication”, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
