NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of June, 2013 and entered in CASE NO.: 12-CC-006855, of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Meadows Edge Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Dexter Bunbury, Michele Bunbury, Joseph Cozier and Sharon Cozier are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
