NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11 day of June, 2013 and entered in CASE NO.: 12-CC-006855, of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Meadows Edge Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Dexter Bunbury, Michele Bunbury, Joseph Cozier and Sharon Cozier are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

Commencing at the intersection of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Morningmist Lane, formerly known as Long Lines Lane, and the Northwesterly right-of-way line Charwood Avenue South, as shown on the Plat of Unit 3, Section 16, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, a subdivision of Lehigh Acres, Lee County, Florida, recorded In Plat Book 27, at Page 166; of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence North 54°39'44” West, along the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Morningmist Lane, a distance of 250.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning of Lot 9A; thence South 35°20'16” West, a distance of 125.00 feet, to the Northeasterly right-of way line of Milwaukee Boulevard; thence North 54°39'44” West, along the northeasterly right of-way line of Milwaukee Boulevard, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 35°20'16” East, a distance of 125.00 feet, to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Morningmist Lane; thence South 54°39'44” East, along the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Morningmist Lane, a distance of 100.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
