NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure on August 20, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052741 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 6 day of October, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
A parcel of land lying in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, Township 43 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida; more particularly described as follows: From the Southwest comer of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW of said Section 23, run North 89 degrees 38 minutes 29 seconds East, along the South line of said NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, a distance of 440.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 43 minutes 18 seconds West, 290.22 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 0 degrees 43 minutes 18 seconds West 120.00 feet to a point on the maintained Southerly right of way line of Old S.R. 80; thence South 64 degrees 13 minutes 50 seconds East along the maintained Southerly right of way line of Old S.R. 80, 135.0 feet; thence South 21 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds West 120.0 feet; thence North 56 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds West, 92.09 feet to the point of beginning; also being a portion of Tract āCā surveyed May 17, 1976 by Cadastral Surveyors.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
