YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SAID SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER A DISTANCE OF 1053 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE OF 89° 42' RIGHT IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION RUN A DISTANCE OF 395 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE OF 89° 42' LEFT IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION RUN A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE TO THE LEFT OF 90° 18' IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION OF 50 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECT AN ANGLE OF 89° 42' LEFT IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION, RUN A DISTANCE OF 132 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 25 FEET AND A UTILITY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTHERLY 5 FEET THEREOF.
SAID PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS LOT 216, IMPERIAL GATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 59, PAGE 251, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2424 North Federal Highway, Suite 360, Boca Raton, FL 33431, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
