NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2014 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on September 11, 2014, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 25, WELLINGTON CHASE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 48, 48A THROUGH 48D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
