NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 018878 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael Carnell a/k/a Michael J. Carnell; Donna Carnell a/k/a Donna M. Carnell; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Venetia Neighborhood Association Number One, Inc.; Venetia Community Association, Inc.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Associaiton as succesor-in-interest to Washington Mutual Bank; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Conservator and/or Receiver for Washington Mutual Bank ; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 29th day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 243, VENETIA, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
