NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-056535 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005-AA9, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, is the Plaintiff and Brenda J Sawyer, Jason M Sawyer, PNC Bank, National Association, successor in interest to National City Bank, Tropical Cove Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 29 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, OF TROPICAL COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 55 TO 56, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
