PETRO AKA SUE PETRO SCOTT H. PETRO A/K/A SCOTT PETRO WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A GRAIG GUNDERSON; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 68 AND 69, BLOCK 5333, UNIT 58, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 128 TO 147, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
