PAGE 243, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY. FLORIDA (ALSO RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA): THENCE S 88 34' E, ALONG CENTERLINE OF SAID VACATED SARASOTA STEET, 184.88'; THENCE N. 23Ëš34' W., 135.5' TO P.C. OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT; THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE (CONCAVE TO SOUTH), HVAING A RADIUS OF 31.5' AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 117 20' AN ARC DISTANCE OF 64.51' TO P.R.C.; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG CURVE TO RIGHT (CONCAVE TO NORTH), HAVING A RADIUS OF 41.56', AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 77Ëš46'34', AN ARC DISTANCE OF 56.42' TO A POINT ON SAID EASTERLY LINE OF HIGEL AVENUE; THENCE S. 12Ëš 46' W. ALONG SAID EAST LINE OF HIGEL AVENUE, 118.93' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING A PART OF LOTS 6, 7 AND 8, BLOCK 44, REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA, AND NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED SARASOTA LYING SOUTH OF SAID LOTS.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Nancy Alvarez, Esq., Lender Legal Services, LLC, 201 East Pine Street, Suite 730, Orlando, Florida 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
