BLIETZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARA S. BLIETZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK E, WHISKEY CREEK COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES UNIT-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 138 THROUGH 142, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
