NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2014 entered in Case No. 13-CA-052843 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and Bank of Naples; Erin Petersen a/k/a Erin B. Petersen; Duane Petersen are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on September 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
