Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on August 18, 2014, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the Clerk of this Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Lee County, Florida, and more particularly described as set forth below:
The Unit known and designated as Building No. A-4, COLONNADE MEDICAL PARK, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Colonnade Medical Park, recorded in Official Records Book 3582, page 1727, as amended in Official Records Book 3793, page 1086 and in Official Records Book 3932, page 3743, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The Clerk of this Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 A.M., on September 17, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
