RUGGERI A/K/A VICKY L. RUGGERI; CEDAR HAMMOCK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHIGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 18, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 3; THENCE N 60 DEGREES 25' 37” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 54.77 FEET; THENCE N 33 DEGREES 56'53” WEST, 115.22 FEET; THENCE N 45 DEGREES 01'45” WEST, 22.45 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, SAID POINT LYING ON THE ARC OF A CURVE (CUL-DE-SAC) BEING CONCAVE TO THE NORTHWEST AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID ARC, 26.15 FEET TO THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE S 17 DEGREES 06' 40” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 14.03 FEET; THENCE S 24 DEGREES 18' 29” EAST, ALONG SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 122.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
