Final Judgment was awarded on January 29, 2010 in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-052623, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2007-3 is the Plaintiff, and HERNAN MEJIA; MARTA MEJIA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 22 day of September, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
