NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-005973-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Joseph E. Knable are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on September 26, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 9, AND PART OF LOT 10, BLOCK 28, CORRECTED PLAT OF BAY POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT PART OF LOT 10, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE LOT LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 9 AND 10, FOR A DISTANCE OF 125.25 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF BAY VIEW PARKWAY; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 26.47 FEET ALONG A CURVE WHICH HAS A RADIUS OF 224.2 FEET TO THE P.C.C; THEN CONTINUE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 38.28 FEET ALONG A CURVE WHICH HAS A RADIUS OF 56.34; RUN THENCE NORTH 75°38'32” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 135.20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
