YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and to determine beneficiaries regarding the real property described below, which is located in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 23 and 24, Block 450, Unit 15, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 69 to 75 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before October 6, 2014 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and Determine Beneficiaries.
