NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-052642 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and;; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR; COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB OF LEE COUNTY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILLOW BEND AT COLONIAL I RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB, PARCELS 113 AND 114, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLATS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 62, AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
