DAILEY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF URBAN HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT; GAIL DAILEY JARVIS; JIM DAILEY; LADIE DAILEY; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 1347, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
